There are a couple ways to start, the most thorough approach would be to book a virtual consultation with a SkinBoss esthetician.
You can also take our SkinQuiz, which will ask you a series of questions and narrow your search by providing several product recommendations.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours of placing the order, after which they are delivered to the USPS. Depending on where you live, some orders arrive within two days, but can take up to 5-7 business days.
Due to the nature of the product, we can't accept returns. All products are final sale. We are confident in the safety and efficacy of the products we sell.
If you are experiencing itchiness, increased redness, hives or packaging issues with a product you are using, please reach out to support@skinboss.care. Our team will be happy to provide support for your situation!
This is uncommon, but in the case of a missing order, if it has been more than 2 weeks since your order was shipped, please reach out to support@skinboss.care.
A few best practices, if the tracking number says it was delivered, check where it was delivered (i.e. mailbox, parcel locker, front door etc.)
During holiday/peak seasons, USPS will often mark a package as delivered a day before it has arrived. Please give them 24 hours to deliver the package. If it does not arrive within that time, reach out to us.
We always recommend adding Route insurance onto your orders. Insurance is available during the checkout process.
