Having a virtual consultation
During a virtual consultation you can expect your esthetician to review your skin consultation questionnaire with you, answer clarifying questions and evaluate your skin through pictures provided by you. Your appointment will provide a customized skin care product routine and treatment plan.

Prior to your appointment you will fill out a skin consultation questionnaire, which will ask questions about your skin history, current skin condition and routine and what you are hoping to achieve with changes to your routine. You will also submit images of your skin, that are best taken in natural light, with your face towards a window, with freshly cleansed skin.
The day of your appointment our front desk will reach out to you with more details about the virtual consultation video chat. They will also be sending you a payment link that needs to be completed prior to your appointment that day.
After your appointment, your esthetician will email you your customized skincare routine, treatment plan and product discount code.
We are in Mountain Time and all virtual consultations are performed during our operating hours.
A secondary consultation is meant for those who have received an initial consultation (virtual or in-person) and have since had a change in circumstances that has also affected their skin and therefore necessitating a reevaluation of their skincare routine and treatment plan (ie. a client who was pregnant at the time of the consultation, moved to a different climate, or entered into a different phase of life).
Many skin questions can be addressed during a treatment or by messaging into the spa but if you would like dedicated time with an esthetician to address your questions, the skin consultation would be a good fit for you.
